Now the weight of your items will be displayed by default on the main page and when creating a parcel. Our warehouse staff will weigh your items when they arrive at our warehouse for free!
Wondering what is happening to your parcel now?
We have added a color code for the different steps of the parcels process and filters so you can easily check the status of the parcels you are interested in.
Made a mistake when creating a parcel?
During the first 10 minutes after the parcel is created you can review its contents and, if anything is wrong, save 1000 yen on cancellation fee.
Forgot to leave an important request when creating a parcel?
Now you can submit parcel requests directly to our managers. You can also change the packing options, shipping address, shipping method and other details via “Edit or Cancel” button while your parcel is being processed.
Please keep in mind that:
* This new feature is currently in the test stage. The numbers provided are for reference, not as a guarantee.
* Packing materials have a weight of their own, so total items weight will not equal the parcel weight.
* We might not be able to follow your requests depending on the timing and the stage the parcel is on.
