We regret to inform you that DHL eCommerce Japan--the carrier providing such shipping methods as DHL Packet Plus/Standard and DHL Direct--is leaving Japan in July. We are currently negotiating to continue providing our customers with these shipping methods.
Current service will be eligible for parcels paid before the June 29th.
*We usually need about 2~ business days to fully process the package, so please, keep it in mind, and build your calculation based on this information. Choosing DHL eCommerce methods for parcels will be available until June 28th.
We expect some changes in pricing and coverage area for these three methods and will provide more information as soon as we can. We will do our best to keep our fees competitive, and we hope for your kind understanding.
