Shipping Delays Expected Due To Typhoon Jebi

We regret to inform you that Kansai International Airport (Osaka) was closed down due to extreme winds and flooding caused by Typhoon Jebi that hit Japan yesterday (Tuesday, September 4th, 2018).

All your items and parcels are safe. However, we are expecting the following delays in shipping:

• Japan Post (EMS, Airmail, SAL)

Packages will be picked up from our warehouse, as usual, however, delivery from Kansai International Airport is expected to be delayed for several days. This will affect parcels shipped from our warehouse after September 3rd, 2018.

• FedEx

Packages will not be picked-up nor shipped for several days.

• UPS, DHL, DHL eCommerce (Packet Plus, Packet Standard), SF Express

Shipping is expected to be delayed by 1 or 2 days.

For faster delivery, we recommend choosing shipping methods other than Japan Post or FedEx for your parcels.

Please note you can change your desired shipping method from your Account (Parcels tab, Edit & Cancel button) for parcels already packed.
