For customers shipping to Canada,
We would like to inform you that the Canada Post Strike ended on November 27th, and we are now able to restart shipping parcels to Canada by using the following methods:
- Airmail, SAL (both Standard and Small Parcel)
- EMS
- DHL eC Packet Plus
- DHL eC Packet Standard
However, unfortunately, there is an unprecedented delay for international parcels shipping to Canada. This backlog delay is likely to stretch to March 2019.
For customers who decide to ship their parcel/s with the above shipping methods, please note that we might be unable to proceed with any investigations for potentially lost parcels until after March 31st 2019.
