PLEN - The Bipedal Robot
PLEN Project laboratory based in Osaka wants to make the world of robotics accessible to as many people as possible, with the creation of small, biped robots named PLEN. Their main motivations are simple, to stimulate the creativity through programming and play.

Wireless Controllable Robot
They are part of the smallest humanoid robots available for sale to individuals. Equipped with a USB interface androids PLEN can easily be controlled by Bluetooth from a computer, tablet or smartphone. You can also control the robot by a free app downloadable via your dedicated app store, or for people who are experienced with programming, you can program it yourself.
How to get started with PLEN
Once assembled, the robot can throw objects, hit a small balloon or even dance. With 18 joints, he is also the first robot that can skate (take a look at the video down below). It's perfect for children and adults alike to learn from. The manufacturing plans for the different parts of the robots are freely available on the internet and allow complete customization of your PLEN thanks to 3D printers.
